Cumi Saus Tiram

Description:
Adekku nggak suka cumi pake tinta… solusinya, ga pake kepala, kalo males bersihin tinta 😉

Ingredients:
1. Cumi (badannya aja, potong, jangan lupa tulang punggung dibuang, siram jeruk nipis)
2. Saus Tiram
3. Bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah, garam (sedikit, saus tiram udah asin), haluskan
4. Minyak (cukup 1 sdm)
5. Gula
6. Air
7. Daun bawang, iris

Directions:
1. Tumis bumbu halus
2. Masukkan cumi, oseng sampai berubah warna, tambah saus tiram
3. Masukkan air, tambah gula secukupnya
4. Tambahkan daun bawang
5. Masak cumi secukupnya, jangan terlalu sebentar, tar mentah, jangan kelamaan juga, alot..
